Learning & Development

We know our people are our best asset, and that ambitious people are motivated by the chance to develop and learn. That’s why we invest in personal, professional, IT and leadership development of our employees, whether through in-house training or external courses. This means that every employee gets the chance to carve out a career that works for them.

GAM recognises the need for, and positively encourages, personal and professional development and the need for individuals to obtain the necessary qualifications to progress in their career.

We have a dedicated Learning & Development team whose primary role is to support the development of our people. Being part of any business team you receive the support to succeed in your day-to-day job and the knowledge and skills you need to take on more responsibility as you progress through the organisation.
