Karl Herzog, Sustainable Systems Expert, analyses the sustainability of companies and potential investments.
Prior to joining GAM Investments in February 2008, he led his own consulting firm for strategic sustainability and worked for Julius Baer as an external consultant and sustainability analyst. Originally, he was a scientist in ecosystems research at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research. Karl holds a master’s in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Zurich and a doctorate from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He is based in Zurich.
