Katherine Roach - Global Head of Sustainability & Investments Business Management
Katherine Roach, Global Head of Sustainability & Investments Business Management, reports to GAM’s group CEO, heading up both teams ensuring GAM delivers the oversight, governance and controls across its investments globally.
Katherine joined GAM in October 2019. In her role as Head of Investments Business Management she focuses on risk and controls within Investments, adding to her responsibilities in August 2024 as Global Head of Sustainability, reporting to GAM’s CFO. Since joining GAM, Katherine has worked closely with the Responsible Investment team, primarily developing a global control framework, including internal tools, for integrating sustainability and relevant regulation within team investment processes. Prior to joining GAM, she held various operational, risk, and control roles at Capital Group and Stonehage Fleming.
Katherine graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in Hispanic Studies and has also completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). She is based in London and is a British and Irish citizen.
