Owen Sandercox - Senior Portfolio Manager, Alternative Capital Partners
Owen Sandercox is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Swiss Re ILS.*
His primary focus is on the secondary Cat Bond market, through gathering market intelligence, generating trade ideas, and executing trades. Owen also focuses on the development and implementation of the Manager's ESG approach, and provides costing, underwriting and analytics support to the broader Portfolio Management Team. Owen joined Swiss Re in 2019 as an Investment Analyst within Swiss Re's asset management group, where he rotated across several desks including Credit, Securitized Products, Investment Steering and Trade Execution, before joining the ILS Portfolio Management team in 2021.
Owen graduated cum laude from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Philosophy and Statistics.
