Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 Listing Rules: Bantleon AG further reduces stake in GAM Holding AG

On 9th February 2023, Bantleon AG notified that they had crossed the 3% threshold on 3rd February and now hold less than 3% of GAM Holding AG shares.

This follows the announcements on 26 January 2023 that Bantleon AG had crossed the 5% threshold on 19 January and on 10 October 2022 that Bantleon AG had crossed the 10% threshold.

GAM is making this announcement pursuant to its obligations under Article 53 of the Listing Rules of the SIX Exchange.
