Avant de rejoindre GAM Investments en mai 2010, Jian Shi Cortesi a travaillé dans la recherche et la gestion de portefeuille d'actions asiatiques pour une société régionale de gestion de patrimoine aux États-Unis. Elle a débuté sa carrière en tant qu'assistante de rédaction chez Dow Jones à Pékin. Jian Shi est titulaire d'une licence en commerce international de l'Université des études étrangères de Pékin, en Chine, et d'un MBA de l'Université du Tennessee, aux États-Unis. Elle est titulaire des certifications CFA et FRM (Financial Risk Manager). Elle est basée en Lugano.

Jian Shi Cortesi, who manages China and Asia equity strategies, has once again been selected for Citywire’s list of top 30 female managers.

The list is compiled from Citywire’s database of 2108 female fund managers based on managers’ ratings consistency over the last five years.

This is the fifth year that Jian has featured in the Citywire Alpha Female Top 30 list, having also been included in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
