Alex Zaika -
Alex Zaika is managing director heading up the Sydney office. He is responsible for growing GAM Investments' presence within the region.
Alex has worked in Australian financial services sales for 20 years, covering institutional, wholesale and retail market segments. Prior to joining GAM Investments in July 2018, he held the position of Head of Wealth iShares Australia for BlackRock from 2015, where he was responsible for all aspects of the retail business and distribution strategy. He was also Vice President of Investor Solutions for Barclays Capital for 5 years from 2010. Alex holds a Master of Applied Finance from Kaplan Business School and a diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University. He is also an Accredited Derivatives Adviser. He is based in Sydney.
