Am 14. Dezember 2023 kündigte die GAM Holding AG an, einen Aktienrückkauf von maximal drei Millionen Namenaktien (1.88% der ausgegebenen Aktien) zu lancieren, um ihre aktienbasierten Vergütungsverpflichtungen zu erfüllen. Der Aktienrückkauf fand vom 15. Dezember 2023 bis zum
17. Januar 2024, 12:00 Uhr MEZ, statt, und der Angebotspreis pro Namenaktie betrug CHF 0.425.
Bis zum Ende der Angebotsfrist am 17. Januar 2024, 12.00 Uhr MEZ, wurden insgesamt 15'203'972 GAM Aktien angedient. Aufgrund der Überzeichnung wurden die Annahmeerklärungen anteilsmässig gekürzt.
Die Auszahlung des Rückkaufpreises gegen Lieferung der Namenaktien erfolgt mit Valuta 19. Januar 2024.
